Our main focus is on producing high-quality otoplastics that optimally protect the users' hearing. In this way Tympro contributes to the hearing health of the users and to their psychosocial well-being and quality of life. This indirectly increases their productivity and reduces absenteeism.

By continuously monitoring the quality of the ear impressions and the produced otoplastics and by always carrying out a leak-tightness test upon delivery, we can guarantee optimum wearing comfort and a maximum lifespan of the otoplastics. This increases user acceptance and therefore protection in itself.

Another crucial aspect is of course reducing our ecological footprint. In this way we strive for the lowest possible emissions per set of otoplastics produced. We switched to electric cars, the routes of the product specialists are planned as efficiently as possible, we renewed our production process with 3D printing and there is continuous innovation and research into better raw materials and packaging.

The long service life of otoplastics in itself results in smaller waste streams at customers compared to other hearing protection. Our quality controls maximise this lifetime.
